Job Summary:
The Accounting and Finance Bilingual, (English/Spanish), Specialist, is responsible for managing the financial health of the organization through accurate recordkeeping, budgeting, analysis, and reporting. This role ensures compliance with financial regulations, supports strategic decision-making, and maintains the integrity of all accounting and financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including journal entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Manage accounts payable and receivable; ensure timely invoicing and payments.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.
Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, bank transactions, and investments.
Ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) and local tax laws.
Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and external financial institutions.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost improvement.
Support management in financial planning and decision-making processes.
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all financial information.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA)
Proven experience (2–5 years) in accounting, finance, or auditing.
Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oracle, or Excel).
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
