Back End Developer

Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Back End Developer in Houston, Texas. This role will be crucial to our team, focusing on the design, development, and implementation of Python applications to meet our business needs. The Back End Developer will work collaboratively with front-end developers and other team members to improve existing systems and create new ones, providing solutions to complex technical challenges.Responsibilities: Create efficient, reusable, and testable code Develop high-availability, low-latency applications for performance enhancement Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic Create back-end components and integrate them with other web services and Python applications Ensure the security and data protection of all applications Fine-tune applications for usability, performance, and automation Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex technical issues Contribute to design discussions, perform code reviews, and suggest enhancements Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in Python technology. Requirements Proficiency in Django framework is essential for this role Experience with PowerShell scripting is required Expertise in C# programming language is a must Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to back end infrastructure Strong understanding of data structures and algorithms Familiarity with version control systems like Git Knowledge of RESTful APIs and API communications Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently as well as in a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work under pressure Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
