Description We are offering an opportunity for a well-versed Patient Service Representative in the Healthcare/NHS industry. This is a remote role and provides the flexibility to work remotely within Central, Mountain and Pacific Time Zones. This role is an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, handling data entry tasks, and managing diverse healthcare-related inquiries.Responsibilities: Ensure exceptional patient satisfaction, accuracy, quality, and attendance in line with performance goals Adhere to department standards and guidelines diligently Exhibit professional behavior and communication skills to provide superior customer service Efficiently multitask between data entry, phone etiquette, and resource utilization Act as patient advocate, providing services to internal and external customers involving the exchange of complex and sensitive information Assist in resolving and/or documenting patient issues as required Understand financial, medical, and legal risks based on data collected during customer interactions and follow appropriate procedures Utilize internal systems to resolve customer needs such as appointments, authorizations, claims, invoices, eligibility benefits, and appeals Translate oral information into concise and accurate written documentation as per guidelines Assist potential members in the choice of primary care physicians and provide general information as required.Requirements High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.Must be 18 years of age or older.2+ years working in a customer service-based role.Strong proficiency using Microsoft Suite and other systems, including navigating multiple chat channels within Microsoft Teams.Ability to work full time (40 hours/week).Bilingual fluency in English and any of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, or other.
