Monday - Friday (no weekends)
Looking for someone with the following: professional, punctual, honest, reliable, energetic, friendly, self driven, and have reliable transportation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Front desk duties/ Receptionist experience
- No issues with transportation and commuting to Katy, TX
- Experience within chiropractic medical setting preferred – not required
- BILINGUAL (Spanish/English) PREFERRED!
- Good telephone etiquette and ability to work with little supervision
- Highly organized and ability to multitask and complete tasks with efficiency
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs - Word, Outlook and Excel (a must)
- Excellent, written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
- Front Desk (answer calls, appointment setting, data entry, take payments, insurance verification and coordinate, track and reporting of office statistics related to patient management)
- Patient care/ managing patient flow – assist Doctor with therapies (on the job training)
- Ability to jump from Front Office to Therapy assistance without missing a beat and maintaining enthusiasm
- Billing/ collecting payments
- Light cleaning/ office upkeep
Pay is based on experience. Hourly pay increase is possible at 3-6 months, dependent upon job performance, punctuality, attitude, and reception of new employee by our patients & current staff. An outgoing person who thrives when he/she is BUSY at the office would be a perfect fit for this job opportunity. Willing to train the right individual. Previous chiropractic office experience is recommended but not required. References may be requested.

Mon: 8:00-12:30 and 2:30-6:00 pm
Tue: 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Wed: 8:00-12:30 and 2:30-6:00 pm
Thu: 2:30 pm - 6:30 pm
Fri: 8:00 - 1:00 pm
