We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant / Scheduler to support our litigation technology and videography company. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient office operations and seamless scheduling of appointments and meetings.
Responsibilities:
-Manage and coordinate calendars for videographers and trial techs; scheduling depositions and court appearances.
-Coordinate travel arrangements.
-Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents.
-Answer and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
-Perform general office duties.
-Provide administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
Qualifications:
-Proven experience as an administrative assistant, scheduler, or similar role.
-Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Calendar, Drive).
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work.
-Knowledge of legal terminology and procedures is a plus.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or administration is a plus.
Previous experience in a legal or business office environment preferred.
