Sam's Limousine is seeking a reliable and experienced Dispatcher to meet client and operator scheduling/service needs. The Dispatcher will be responsible for maintaining punctual performance for our clients and operators. The successful candidate for this position needs to be able to adjust to last minute changes and professionally communicate with our clients and operators to achieve and deliver client satisfaction.
.Act as a communication liaison between our clients and operators
.Collaborate with management to modify daily routes to accommodate the needs of clients and communicate any changes to various departments for review.
.Establish a professional and strong relationships with operators and customers to reduce the stress that comes with last minute schedule changes
.Ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situations
.Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings, overnights, weekends and holidays
.Strong knowledge of the roadways throughout the Houston and surrounding area
.Work with maintenance to ensure units are available for assignments.
.Schedule drivers for next day service
.Must be able to multitask in a fast paced environment
.Must have thorough knowledge of DOT, FMCSR, State and Federal Regulations
.Filing and data entry
Compensation will be based on experience.
Applicant must be able to pass Criminal Background and Pre - Employment Drug/Alcohol screening.
