Job Duties include but are not limited to:
Manage receiving accounting paperwork
Prep receiving documents for AP entering
Ensure all paperwork is organized in a way that ensures traceability and efficiency
Manage new hire onboarding
Serve as intermediary for benefit issues with employees
Route mail received
Support office needs
Qualifications:
Minimum 2-3 years Administrative/Accounting/HR or onboarding experience
