Job Summary:
As an Ecommerce Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions through various online platforms, assisting with sales inquiries, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for our customers. You will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone. Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
Sales Support: Assist customers with product selections, order placements, and tracking. Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
Order Management: Process and monitor orders, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve any order-related issues.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our product lines and stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and industry trends.
Problem Resolution: Address customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism, striving for first-contact resolution.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Reporting: Provide feedback on common issues and customer feedback to improve processes and product offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 plus years in previous experience in sales, or customer service is required
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Big Commerce,WooCommerce), CRM systems, and basic office software.
Attitude: Customer-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field is a plus.
