Humble / Atascocita / Kingwood Area | Full-Time | After-School & Weekend Program
Do you love working with kids and bringing energy to every day? An acclaimed Ninja gym is opening in the Humble / Atascocita/ Kingwood area, and we’re looking for a full-time Manager / Lead Instructor to help us launch and lead our kids’ obstacle fitness program! This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll teach obstacle course classes (ages 4–17), manage a small team of instructors, and ensure every child has a safe, structured, and unforgettable experience.
We’re not just an after-school program — we’ll also host weekend classes, camps, parties, and homeschool fitness sessions.
Who You Are
Energetic, positive, and great with kids
Experienced in teaching, coaching, gymnastics, martial arts, or fitness
A natural leader who can motivate both kids and staff
Organized, dependable, and confident being the face of the gym
Responsibilities
Lead and instruct ninja obstacle course classes (ages 4–17)
Hire, train, and supervise part-time instructors
Oversee daily operations, safety, and class quality
Build relationships with parents and the community
Support after-school, weekend, and homeschool programs
Ideal Background
Teaching, gymnastics, youth sports, or child development
CPR / First Aid certification a plus
Previous experience managing staff or programs
Passion for fitness, kids, and active learning environments
Schedule
Weekday afternoons / evenings
Saturdays (and some Sundays for parties or events)
Potential for daytime homeschool sessions
