Description:This position will ensure all requests/tasks are processed within HCAs timeframes, adhere to HCA’s policy and procedures, per stated workflows as well as being in compliance. All requests must be handled in an expeditious manner per HCA’s KPI’s. This position requires flexibility and ability to adapt to a multi-functional departmental structure and job rotation. Process requests in accordance with Servicing Support SLAs Prepare and release documents as requested ensuring accuracy per HCA’s Policy and Procedures while being compliant Cross train as requested to enhance department efficiencies and personal development Handle general incoming calls, perform follow up calls and respond to emails received.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Skills all candidates will need:
Pay attention to details (they will be reviewing contracts and payoff checks)
Have worked in a high production environment (processing or customer service)
Have agility to more from process to process based on business needs
Banking/Credit/Auto/Mortgage experience preferred within -Titles: issuing/processing car titles
