We have an opening for an experienced bookkeeper to work in our accounting department. Experience with Quickbooks and ability to operate within our industry software to verify receipts, disbursements and expenses on a daily basis.
Candidate should be experienced in accounts payable, receivables and invoicing, daily posting of expenses and ability to interface with our CPA for tax reporting, and tax statements. We are looking for a team player to work with our other departments to track all income source centers and to verify receipt of funds into our various bank accounts. We also are looking for someone with the ability to reconcile accounts and produce regular and timely P & L and Balance Sheets from Quickbooks.
This is a full-time, non-remote position. Our hours are 8:30 Am - 4:30 Pm, M-F (40 hrs/week), with some allowable flex-time. Most paid banking holidays PTO and vacation time with employment length.
