Our ideal applicant must be self-motivated, hardworking, dependable, punctual, and honest team player. We do meticulous work and attention to detail is critical. Needs to have own truck and be willing to use it daily. Must be able to mud walls (metal lath, sand & cement) and float floors mud (sand & cement). We invest in our employee's training.
Do you want to learn the most technical way to set tile? We follow the Tile Council of North America Handbook (TCNA) and American National Standards Institute (ANSI) methods and standards of installation. We teach them as well as use them in our methods of setting tile every day! Please do not let this intimidate you, as it can be taught and will be if you are willing to learn.
Our tilesetter's are Ceramic Tile Education Foundation CTI certified tilesetters. We invest in our team. We can help you obtain becoming a CTI.
