This role ensures efficient production, quality control, and coordination of construction projects from start to finish.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise crews and coordinate with other departments.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.Plan daily operations including traffic control and material needs.Inspect work quality and provide progress reports.Resolve issues with clients, contractors, and design professionals.Approve crew hours and audit weekly paperwork.Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment.Required Skills & AbilitiesStrong leadership and supervisory skills.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.Thorough understanding of safety, production, and quality control.Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes stressful environment.CDL preferred.Education & ExperienceAssociate’s degree or equivalent industry experience required.Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, or Business preferred.Minimum 5 years of trade experience.Minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.Physical RequirementsAbility to traverse job sites in all weather conditions.Must lift up to 50 lbs.On-call availability for emergencies and delays.Compliance with PPE and job-site attire.Why Join Us?Competitive compensationOpportunities for growthCommitment to safety and qualityInclusive and respectful work environmentEqual Opportunity Employer StatementGreenstone Electrical Services, LLC prohibits discrimination and harassment of any kind.
