Bookkeeper Needed: QuickBooks Desktop Expert
I run a small solo business and am looking for a skilled bookkeeper who specializes in QuickBooks Desktop (I am not planning to switch to online versions). The ideal candidate must be proficient in accounting basics, including understanding the differences between a Profit & Loss Statement (P&L) and a Balance Sheet.
Key Responsibilities:
Work directly on the QuickBooks Desktop software (not online).
Ensure accurate GL coding and bank reconciliation.
Complete tasks promptly, returning the updated QuickBooks file within 24 hours of receiving it.
Time Commitment:
Most of my bookkeeping takes around 2 hours per month, but due to a backlog, you may need to spend up to 3–4 hours per month initially.
Requirements:
Expertise in QuickBooks Desktop.
Efficiency, attention to detail, and excellent time management.
Ability to work with minimal supervision and deliver high-quality results.
