Cleaner/ helper

Hi! I have a few storage facility and need help keeping up the grounds. I need various tasks done such: Cleaning office and storage units and getting them ready to rent, , really just someone who doesnt mind rolling up their sleeves and getting dirty! Im 40 and the owner and live close so I can do the work but unfortunately Im not always here to be able. I would love to find someone to help me out!
