We believe in high quality delivery and are looking for a Project Manager who is excited to deliver impactful work that scales, to bring bold ideas that connect our associates, and to evolve well managed routines and processes.In this role, you will partner to shape how key strategic risk initiatives gain traction and integrate within ORM and across the Enterprise Risk Organization (ERO) while ensuring our team’s work is enabled by well-managed, organized, and connected ways of working. You will partner across the team and with key stakeholders across the lines of business and risk to prioritize work, connect dots, enable effective change management, and help us turn ideas into strategies and repeatable processes.If you feel you have the strategic project management skills this role needs, we’d love to hear from you!Responsibilities:

Drive and/or support multiple concurrent end-to-end projects, from intake through to delivery to include change management principles and activities

Drive projects based on defined priorities; establish and maintain routines, scope of deliverables, timelines, and identify risks and issues and mitigate and / or escalate as needed

Partner with project customers to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership to effectively drive project delivery

Collaborate with internal partners to drive work

Develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of commitments

Identify ways to improve and streamline business process

Engage in team problem solving across challenges, gaps, and other constraints to deliver on intent and maintain key project documentation

Project Leadership: You have a proven track record of project management experience, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage work. You’re detail- and process-oriented and adeptly manage several projects and initiatives at once with supportive direction. You have relentlessly high standards and pay attention to the smallest details in concert with the big picture.

Problem-solver: You are intellectually curious, open-minded, and creative when driving solutions. You understand intent and goals for a body of work, propose plans to meet those needs, and autonomously pursue options to deliver results in a well-managed manner. You bring in data and metrics to ensure we’re working the needle and identifying insights. You connect dots across stakeholders and priorities.

Valued Partner: You demonstrate outstanding communication and partnership essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes. Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or military experience

At least 3 years of experience in project or process management

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of experience supporting senior leadership teams

2+ years of experience with associate experience or associate engagement roles

2+ years of experience in Change Management or Communications
