Our Elder Care Ministry supports seniors in small, nurturing home settings that reflect the heart of our church: love, safety, community, and spiritual care. We are currently looking for caregivers who want more than a job—they want a calling. Whether you are licensed or unlicensed, this ministry offers a path for personal growth, professional development, and the chance to one day run your own elder care home within our expanding network.
Who We’re Looking For:
We welcome caregivers of all experience levels who are passionate about serving seniors. Licensed caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and individuals experienced in elder care are strongly encouraged to apply. However, no license is required—we will help guide dedicated individuals through training, mentorship, and the process of becoming certified or licensed if they choose that path.
Ideal candidates are compassionate, reliable, and comfortable assisting seniors with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, mobility, companionship, and light homemaking. A spirit of patience, kindness, and respect is essential.
Your Role:
As a caregiver in our Elder Care Ministry, you will support residents in a warm, home-like environment while upholding the values of compassion, integrity, and dignity. You will work closely with church leadership, family members, and other caregivers to ensure our seniors receive the highest level of care—physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
