You’ll refine strategy, drive execution, and inspire a high-performing sales team to exceed ambitious revenue goals.As SVP of Sales, you’ll blend data-driven decision-making with bold leadership, mentoring top sales talent, optimizing performance through analytics, and forging strategic partnerships with industry leaders like Adobe, Mirakl, BigCommerce, and others.  This position reports to the CEO.This is a high-impact, fully remote leadership role at the forefront of digital commerce innovation.ResponsibilitiesTop 5 ResponsibilitiesManage and scale a sales team to consistently exceed sales quotas and drive profitable net-new revenue growth.Oversee key client relationships and existing account management (in collaboration with our delivery team) to maximize retention, expansion, and long-term client success.Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure effective messaging, lead qualification, campaign follow-up, and pipeline management.Strengthen strategic alliances with our software partners for bidirectional lead sharing and joint GTM success.As part of the executive leadership team, help evolve our market offerings (e.g. add AI-enabled commerce solutions), define enterprise growth strategy, and provide accurate sales forecasts.Other ResponsibilitiesDeepen relationships with major Digital Solutions and ecommerce platform partners (Adobe, Mirakl, BigCommerce, Shopify) and secondary partners (e.g. payment, tax, shipping, PIM, OMS, AI).  Ensure that we are credited for leads that we source ourselves and share to partners.Be hands-on to assist sales team members close large deals.Oversee strategic account planning and long-term client relationship management.Oversee proposal writing, RFP response, and SOW creation.Partner with Finance to refine forecasting, compensation models, and growth metrics.Represent McFadyen Digital as an executive thought leader at key industry events and conferences.Foster a high-energy, high-accountability culture grounded in collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.
