Sr. Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Sr. Customer Service Representative in Winchester, Virginia. As a vital part of our team, you will be working in a fast-paced environment, handling various customer service tasks related to data processing and CRM operations.Responsibilities: Answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service to our clients. Efficiently entering data into an online database system. Utilizing various computer programs and software like Epic Software and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for daily tasks. Regularly following up with inspectors on work assigned to them. Handling customer inquiries and resolving them in a timely and professional manner. Monitoring customer accounts and taking appropriate actions when necessary. Ensuring accurate customer credit records are maintained. Processing customer credit applications accurately and efficiently. Utilizing MS Office and Outlook for communication and administrative tasks. Adapting to a high-volume data entry environment, ensuring accuracy and efficiency at all times. Requirements Proficiency in computer programs, CRM, and data processing Experience with Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, and Oracle Enterprise Resource Planning Cloud Skilled in answering inbound calls, benefit functions, and billing functions Expertise in claim administration Ability to perform data entry, high-volume data entry, and MS Office tasks Knowledge of Epic System and Enterprise Resource Planning Ability to handle a variety of customer service tasks efficiently and effectively Strong interpersonal and communication skills Excellent problem-solving abilities Proven track record in a similar role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Ability to work as part of a team Excellent multitasking abilities.
