The Administrative Assistant will the primary responsibility for all field coordination and other similar work as needed.
Specific duties shall include:
Creating new lot folders
Obtaining permits
Provide Field Supervisors with the appropriate information in a timely manner
Arranging Inspections
Arranging Utility Marks
Manage Customer Service
Managing Information received from Builders
The Ideal Candidate is friendly, punctual, dependable, professional, hardworking, patient, and a team player. Must be able to Multi-task. Candidates who are proactive, have great client skills and can take initiative are strongly preferred.
Experience:
- Experience in Word and Excel
- Good Writing Skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks throughout the day
- Follow up on tasks
- Proactive; looks for solutions
- Hours are 7:00am to 4:00pm Monday – Friday
