Our Facility
Located in La Conner, WA, Mavrik Marine operates over 75,000 sq. ft. of climate-controlled production space. Our craftsmen enjoy a 4-day work week, Swing shift (Monday–Thursday, 2:30 p.m.- 1:00 a.m.) with overtime opportunities as needed.

Now Hiring: CNC Router Operator
What You’ll Do:
Set up and operate CNC routers to cut, shape, and finish materials (wood, plastic, aluminum, etc.)
Deburr and organize parts kits
Read and follow blueprints, drawings, and job specifications
Load materials, check dimensions, and inspect finished parts
Perform routine maintenance and keep machines clean and running smoothly
Work safely and efficiently to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For:
1+ year of experience operating CNC routers preferred
Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools
Basic understanding of CNC software (e.g., AutoCAD, Aspire, Rhinoceros)
Reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player
Willingness to work in a fast-paced production environment
Willingness to work swing shift
