Temporary/part time laborer

I am looking for a laborer to help with interior projects over the next couple months. This is not a full time gig-more or less as needed. I am looking for a person physically able to do interior demo, moving materials, prep work, etc., but most importantly this person must not be accident prone and be able to work around delicate things, when necessary.
