Description:Performs a variety of complex administrative functions for all levels of management including external business partners. Manages schedules coordinates travel arrangements and processes business expenses. Coordinates meetings and events department financial operations personnel operations and facility operations. Manages procurement of goods and services including computer equipment office supplies reference materials and vendor relationships. Provides general office support. Serves as the department/group contact. Completes special projects as assigned. Typical Day in the Role
The role is to support two of the GMs with their calendar travel expenses and partner events. The role also involves being a backup for the EA for GM when she is out.
The role requires working with partners and external teams managing complex calendars and coordinating partner meetings and events.

Years of Experience Required: 5-7overall years of experience in the field.
Degrees or certifications required: n/a degree is required to be eligible for this role.
