Find your future with us.Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Mid-Level or Senior Business Support Staff Analyst (Level 3 or 4) to join the 737 Wing Manufacturing team based out of Renton, Washington .The successful candidate will be able to assimilate into a manufacturing / production environment that utilizes performance metrics and trends to identify gaps and opportunities. This role interacts with both salaried and hourly workforce. Although this is primarily an office position, there will be occasions that require you to support activity in the production area. There will be daily administrative elements in this role along with the facilitation of meetings. Personal initiative and independent thinking are a necessity as much as your ability to partner and take instruction. Knowing how to look at information, synthesize data, and provide meaningful connections and guidance, is critical to our success.Position Responsibilities:

Develops plans for long-range strategies, organizational goals, objectives, and initiatives.

Provides data for management review and tracking performance to plan.

Develops, coordinates, and assesses architecture of meeting content and leadership briefings.

Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources.

Delivers informational or technical materials.

Researches and evaluates strategic organizational issues and identifies options.

Provides strategic design, logistics and facilitation of large meetings/events.

Develops and maintains the project schedule and budget.

Monitors and tracks execution of the plan and communicates status to all project participants.

Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements.

Develops and deploys localized training content.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Renton, Washington.This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

3+ years of experience in analytics and data visualization

3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

Experience with facilitation

Experience in Business Analytics

Microsoft SharePoint

Experience with Systems Thinking

Typical Education/Experience:Mid-Level (Level 3):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).Senior Level (Level 4):Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years' related work experience, 14 years' related work experience, etc.).Relocation:Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position.
