Project Manager - Residential Concrete Estimator
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to work for our new concrete driveways and small projects company The successful candidate will be responsible for generating accurate estimates, managing projects from start to finish, and ensuring customer satisfaction. If you have experience managing subcontractors, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
Estimation: Generate accurate and comprehensive estimates for concrete driveway projects, including material and labor costs.
Project Management: Oversee projects from initial consultation to final completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
Customer Service: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Site Evaluations: Conduct site assessments to determine project requirements and potential challenges.
Quality Control: Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to industry standards.
Safety: Promote and enforce safety protocols on job sites.
Administrative: Maintain accurate records, reports, and project documentation.
Requirements
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to work independently and lead teams
Valid driver's license
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience in concrete construction, estimation, or project management
We Offer
Competitive Pay (1099) $60,000 - $80,000 base + bonus
