Job Title: Compensation LeadJob DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will act as a compensation lead with cross-functional teams and support the integration of Compensation programs into a new HRIS (SuccessFactors). Responsibilities include leading and managing various compensation templates, conducting iteration testing, coordinating testing activities, managing UAT business activities, and creating training materials. Additionally, the candidate will support other systems-focused Compensation projects, lead HRIS enhancements and fixes, improve data change issues, and increase reporting capabilities within HRIS. This role requires strong project management skills and the ability to act as a liaison between Compensation and Technology.Hard Skills
