Shiku Sushi is currently hiring for an experiences Sushi Chef. We are located on Ballard ave in a high-foot traffic area. This position will be a lead position.
Requirements -
- Minimum 2 years experience
- Ability to break down whole fish
- Ability to cut nigiri and sashimi
