Circa is looking for an expoerienced line cook to lead dinner service, Mondays-Thursdays. This person works saute and grill, while coordinating tickets with the other line cook. They also execute nightly specials. Looking for someone with at least 5 years experience on saute and grill.
We are a fast-paced, busy restaurant, serving West Seattle for 28+ years. We take pride in our food and need somebody who loves cooking and takes pride in their dishes. Must be bilingual, must communicate effectively with FOH and BOH and must work well with others.
