Landscaper – Full-Time
Location: Tumwater, Centralia, Olympia & Rochester, WA (I-5 Corridor)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week

Miller Munroe Properties is a well-established property management company overseeing more than 300 residential multifamily units. Our portfolio spans several communities along the I-5 corridor—from Centralia in the south, through Rochester and Tumwater, to our northernmost properties in Olympia.
We’re seeking a dependable and experienced Landscaper to join our team full-time. This role is essential to maintaining the curb appeal, safety, and overall presentation of our apartment communities.
Position Overview
As a Landscaper, you’ll be responsible for the upkeep and enhancement of outdoor spaces across multiple properties. From seasonal cleanups to structural repairs, your work will help create welcoming environments for residents and visitors alike.
