Apartment Maintenance Technician (West Seattle & Crown Hill)
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position covers two apartment buildings, one in West Seattle with 24 units and another in Crown Hill with 9 units. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in apartment or property maintenance, be reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Responsibilities include responding promptly to tenant maintenance requests, ensuring the buildings and common areas are clean and well-maintained, assisting with apartment renovations and turnovers, meeting with vendors and contractors as needed, and posting notices when required. Applicants must have their own tools and reliable transportation.
