Full job description
We are seeking a Floor Care Lead to join our team! In this role, you’ll lead a crew responsible for carpet cleaning, hard floor care, pressure washing, and other specialty cleaning projects. The ideal candidate is dependable, positive, and able to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
You’ll play a key leadership role — ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to our high-quality standards while motivating and guiding your team.
Responsibilities
Lead and train a floor care crew on a variety of cleaning services including:
Carpet cleaning and extraction
Hard floor stripping, waxing, and buffing
Tile and grout cleaning
Pressure washing and specialty projects
Ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to customer satisfaction
Communicate effectively with team members and management
Maintain and troubleshoot floor care equipment
Manage supplies, equipment inventory, and daily job checklists
Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
Qualifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Previous experience in floor care or custodial work (lead or supervisor experience preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
Flexible schedule — will be nights, and weekends as needed

Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
