Position: Front desk Receptionist
Type: full time
Schedule: 5 day work week Monday thru Friday
About Us: We are a locally own junk removal Company in Kirkland. We specialize in providing exceptional junk hauling services to the local area. Our other main goal is to recycle and reuse any items we obtain to reduce the amount that goes to our land fills. We pride ourselves on not only being a local company but local community member. We value integrity, professionalism, and commitment to our clients and residents.
Skills and Qualifications:
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and thoroughness
Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with prospects, tenants, and team members
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
Assist with special projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and tools.
