Please note that this is NOT a remote position and is a part-time in-office position only
We are a small established fire and water restoration company in Olympia, looking to hire a part-time office assistant due to our office manager moving and strictly working remotely. The right candidate needs to work well in a team environment, be very coachable, have a positive attitude, be good at multi-tasking, take direction well, and be highly proficient in communication.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Answering phones
-Scheduling fire, water, mold and construction jobs
- Data Entry
- File and document maintenance
- Assist Management when needed with various tasks when needed
Qualifications:
- Office and administrative experience is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Benefits and office conditions:
- Position Hours: TBD (8/9 - 12/1 OR 10-2)
- Business hours of operation - Monday through Friday - 7am to 4pm;
- Wage DOE. ($16 - 18 Per hour) paid weekly on Fridays
