Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will process quote requests, enter orders, and provide daily support to our dealer network of building suppliers, lumberyards and glass shops. The ideal candidate will be computer-savvy, organized, and comfortable working with a variety of in-house tools — especially spreadsheets — as we continue transitioning toward more modern systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and respond to dealer quote requests by phone and email
- Prepare accurate quotes and enter orders into our system
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support
- Work closely with our production and shipping departments
- Create and manage internal spreadsheets for pricing, tracking, and reporting
- Assist with ongoing process improvements as we modernize our internal systems
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in inside sales, customer service, or order processing
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills with above-average proficiency in Microsoft Excel (ability to create, format, and use formulas)
- Comfortable working with a mix of in-house tools and evolving software platforms
- Excellent communication skills — written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
