Hiring experienced below grade waterproofing installers and caulkers for commercial projects. Individuals must have a good work ethic and attitude and must be punctual and responsible. Should have desire to maintain a high level of quality and strive to meet productivity standards while following all safety requirements.
Applicants should have:
3 years experience caulking masonry and concrete control/expansion joints, concrete slab on grade, metal panels, window & door frames
Installing self-adhered membranes, bentonite waterproofing, fluid applied waterproofing, and fluid applied air barriers
Hand tools
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Ability to perform physical demanding work
Ability to lift 60lbs
Safety certifications and aerial lift certifications a plus
