Key skills include project management, multidisciplinary coordination, site and grading design, stormwater systems, NPDES compliance, and utility/facility planning. Experience with municipal, public utility, or industrial projects—especially in the Spokane area—is highly valued.In this role, you will support senior engineers and business development in preparing proposals and actively promote our services to a diverse client base. You will help build and mentor a collaborative team, market our capabilities, and deliver high-quality engineering and consulting solutions.
