Position: Private Money Loan Consultant / Sales Representative
Type: Full-time- Base + Commission
Location: In Office Coeur D Alene Idaho
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Take inbound leads from investors and follow up quickly.
Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm prospects.
Build and manage a pipeline of real estate investors and brokers.
Learn our loan programs and confidently explain them to clients.
Collect basic deal info and prequalify borrowers.
Work closely with processing/underwriting to get loans closed.
Hit and exceed monthly sales and funding goals.
Use CRM to log calls, notes, and follow-ups (we track everything).
WHO YOU ARE
You love sales and love the phone.
Competitive, energetic, and money motivated.
Comfortable making 60–100+ calls per day when needed.
Coachable, hungry to learn, and open to feedback.
Organized and able to manage many leads at once.
Professional in communication (phone, email, text).
Bonus (but not required):
Experience in mortgage, private money, hard money, lending, or real estate investing.
Background in phone sales, call center, or inside sales.
We can teach the products.
We can’t teach hustle, attitude, or work ethic.
REQUIREMENTS
Sales experience (inside sales or phone sales preferred).
Basic computer skills and ability to learn a CRM.
Reliable transportation and reliable schedule.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
Able to pass background check.
COMPENSATION
Competitive base +commission structure with uncapped income potential.
Top performers can earn $100,000+ annually.
Training, scripts, and ongoing coaching provided.
