Kilgore Construction is looking for a skilled commercial project manager to become a part of our team. We are a local, commercial general contractor and we are seeking an experienced project manager to run projects within the Spokane and surrounding areas. Our projects range from new commercial buildings and tenant improvements, existing and occupied space remodels to institutional and industrial building upgrades and new facility construction. This position requires strong leadership skills, a self-starting attitude and good time management skills.
Requirements:
At least 3 years related experience in commercial construction
Strong understanding of field operations and an aptitude for building complex projects
Commitment to getting things done; effectively and efficiently
Proficient with computers and the following programs: word, excel, email, Procore, Bluebeam/PDF readers
Ability to access all points of a construction site in wide-ranging climates and environment
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
