Data Processor (Remote Positions)

Nationwide commercial property inspection firm with 13 years in Coeur d'Alene looking for individuals who posses strong skills in typing/writing, data analysis, identifying risk, and problem solving. Qualified candidates must be capable of multi-tasking and have sound time management skills. Experience with commercial property inspections or similar work is preferred, but not required. Paid training is available with hybrid work schedule required during training (2 days in-person, 3 days remote). Upon successful completion of training, work is full remote. Pay is per report completed and work contract does require minimum weekly commitment of no less than 30 reports. Average earnings for in-place experienced processors currently ranges from $24-$34 per hour on average quarterly, with beginner to intermediate processors ranging from $13-$26 per hour on average quarterly. You must have your own computer minimally equipped with Microsoft Excel and a PDF reader and your own reliable internet service.
