$20 -25 per hour can use minimum 15 -20 hours week
ok to on your days off or after work
minor repairs plumbing fixing broken things install exterior dust to dawn change faucets
replace furnace filters light bulbs
ceiling fans etc
In Spring if your schedule allows
build decks repair concrete
install things never ending list.
will require current photo ID

Yard person is retiring so if you are a yardworker n reading this touch base - we remove snow n salt dec- march
