We are a veteran-owned company seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues via inbound calls.
Pay is determined by the client you choose to service and ranges from $9 – $14.50/hr.
Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
Previous experience is not required
Ability to build rapport with clients
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Positive and professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be at least 18 years old
Provide your own equipment (ie: computer, headphones, etc)
Must have hardwired internet. WIFI is not accepted.

This is a 1099 position, therefore, there are no benefits offered. These positions are full-time, or part-time at your sole discretion. You are able to select your hours around your schedule however, you MUST agree to work a minimum number of hours based on client requirements of 10-15 hrs per week
