Responsibilities:
Prepare various sushi dishes
Prepare fish filets for use in dishes
Work with Executive Chef on selecting and inspecting high-quality ingredients
Work with Executive Chef on menu development for Japanese Food section
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
Work with other food section staff when needed for efficient operation
Required Skills:
Knowledge of traditional sushi making
Knife skills for cutting and slicing fish
Detail oriented
Teamwork skills
