Local heavy truck and semi repair company seeking a highly resourceful, flexible, and professional individual; whom possesses the ability to multi-task and has a considerable amount of knowledge in administrative and office procedures.
Daily agenda includes but is not limited to; answering the phone, processing and handling orders, purchasing, assisting other office staff, and miscellaneous general office duties.
Must be able to work Monday - Friday 40 hours per week, additionally occasional Saturday’s if needed.
Prerequisites:
High School diploma or GED required.
2-3 years experience in a receptionist and/or administrative role.
1 year experience with Quick-books is necessary for inputting data, creating invoices, A/P, A/R, Reconciliation.
Strong and assertive communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrating pleasant customer service with the ability to communicate both verbally and written, while among individuals at all levels, within and outside of the organization.
Strong organizational skills.
Ability to productively work independently, minimal supervision.
Excellence regarding attention-to-detail.
Ability to prioritize work and follow through with imminent requests.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office Suite; including Excel, Word and multiple web-based programs.
Photography skills a plus.
