We’re looking for a reliable, computer-literate handyman to assist with property maintenance and improvement projects in Marshall, WI and surrounding areas.
The position can be full-time or part-time for the week of October 20th, with part-time work available thereafter.
Requirements:
Basic computer literacy (comfortable with smartphones, email, and taking photos or notes on a tablet or laptop)
Reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
Tasks may include:
Interior painting and minor drywall repair
Electrical and lighting work
Plumbing fixture repair or replacement
Concrete patching or minor masonry
Flooring repair or installation
General cleanup, organization, and disposal tasks
