Overview
As a server, you are the face of our restaurant. You’ll create memorable dining experiences by providing excellent service, being attentive to guests’ needs, and working seamlessly with our team. We are a fast-paced, guest-focused environment where personality, teamwork, and professionalism all matter.
Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly, present menus, and explain specials or promotions.
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Deliver food, beverages, and cocktails promptly while ensuring presentation standards.
Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the dining experience.
Communicate effectively with the kitchen and bar staff regarding orders and guest requests.
Process payments, handle cash/credit transactions, and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain a clean and organized section, including resetting tables quickly.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
Upsell food, wine, and cocktails when appropriate to enhance the guest experience.
Assist teammates and contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
Qualifications
Previous restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required (we’re willing to train the right person).
Strong communication and people skills.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
Reliable, punctual, and professional.
Must be 18+ (due to alcohol service requirements).
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for long periods.
Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs.
