We are seeking an Apartment Maintenance Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 2 residential properties in Greenfield - total of 64 units. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining property occupancy, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and managing all aspects of property maintenance including basic landscaping and minor repairs including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry.
Responsibilities:
-Maintenance & repairs
- Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and other relevant housing laws
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when communicating with current and prospective tenants
- Familiarity with Wisconsin Landlord rules, regulations and requirements
- Ability to negotiate lease agreements and resolve tenant disputes effectively
- Administrative tasks such as lease preparation and enforcement
- Maintain positive customer relationship management by addressing tenant inquiries and concerns promptly
-showing apartments
-conducting background checks on prospective tenants
-maintain landscaping including cutting grass, pulling weeds, picking up rubbish, etc
