Revenue Specialist/Client Billing Professional - Laramie, WY

Trihydro, one of the top environmental and engineering consulting firms in the country, has an opening for a Revenue Specialist/Client Billing Professional. The Revenue Specialist will join our Accounting and Finance Team and assist with specific accounting/billing for a wide variety of clients. In your role as Revenue Specialist, you will prepare/process client invoices monthly and assist with other accounting responsibilities, such as project manager coordination, accounts receivable follow-up and project/billing status reporting.

The preferred location for this position is Laramie, WY, which is home to Trihydro’s Corporate Headquarters. Laramie is a great community that provides ready access to multiple recreational opportunities, opportunities associated with state colleges, and mountain west living.

Our team is looking for someone who:

Has acceptable written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and project team members

Is dependable, and has the ability to work in a team environment

Has a prior experience in similar billing capacity or a business-related field

Is self-motivated and driven to help create solutions to unique challenges/problems

This position requires the following:

Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance or Business-related field or equivalent of 3 years prior job experience in accounting

Strong attention to detail

Strong sense of self-motivation
