Sales Manager – Digital Tool & Die

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of tooling and manufacturing processes, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to market development.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company growth targets.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.Handle delicate customer situations should they arise.Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings.Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategy.
