Assistant Property Manager

Beacon Hill Staffing is assisting our client in hiring an Assistant Property Manager for a leading Commercial Property Management Group. We seek candidates experienced in vendor contracts, and tenant improvement management, and proficient in accounts payable and receivable. Ideal candidates have managed 900,000 square feet of commercial property, possess strong accounting skills, and are proficient in Nexus software. This is a contract-to-hire role based in our Dunwoody office.Responsibilities:Formulate operating budgets, oversee financial management, and monitor expenditures.Aid in tenant lease management, rent collection, escalations, and interpretation of lease agreements.Cultivate positive rapport with tenants, agents, and brokers.Conduct property inspections and generate reports on property and tenant interactions.Supervise construction initiatives, compile construction documentation, and handle invoice processing.Ideal Candidate:Proficient in Nexus and Microsoft Excel.Minimum of 2 years of experience in Commercial Property Management.Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.Strong aptitude for time management and organization.Experience with 900,000 square feet of commercial property.
