General Responsibilities:
Oversee projects to ensure safety, customer service and quality - including occasional hands on repairs and training.

Essential Duties and Requirements:
Able to transport, set up and use ladders for roof access
Standing, walking, sitting, or kneeling on flat and sloped surfaces for extended periods of time
Superior knowledge of composition roofing and/or low slope product installations
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a roofing foreman or superintendent
Provide assistance and training to crews
Some hands-on training/correction of work
Demonstrative leadership skills (leads by example). Positive attitude. Good work ethic.
Provide great customer service to home and building owners
Superior oral and written communication skills
Additional Desired Skills:
Bi-Lingual (Spanish a plus)
